The song attached to this post is entitled “Pray For The Girls.” It is a song released by Frank Black of the Pixies in the summer of 2000 for the Powerpuff Girls: Heroes & Villains soundtrack. I have had this soundtrack CD since I was 8. I still unabashedly listen to it all the time. It reminds me of my (younger) youth and I consider it the first time I voluntarily listened to the type of music I consider “good” nowadays. Devo, Cornelius, & Apples In Stereo also contributed incredible tracks to the record. It is a terrific album, no sarcasmo. The Powerpuff Girls was also a terrific television show that is still a very good television show to watch. That is all.81 plays
