    National Student Outreach Coordinator / Students for the National Equality March
    Campus and community organizer for the National Equality March. Conducted nationwide outreach to over 2000 high school and college student leaders via social media and online social networks. Provided resources for students to organize on-campus and created networks to organize free/low-cost housing and transportation to mobilize students for the March. Managed all social media outlets (facebook, twitter, sms, blog, web, and offline). Co-author of National Student Call to Action. Established endorsements from over 100 student leaders including the current student body presidents and student-regents of top colleges and universities in the United States. Produced a localized and targeted guerrilla-marketing campaign to promote student actions taking place in Washington DC as part of the National Equality March. Campaign included in-house photoshoot, production of design and advertisements, targeted strategy, and execution. Worked with Washington DC Parks and Recreation/Washington DC Metro Police, student and military organizations to successfully produce a spontaneous, flash protest. Mobilized reported 1000+ students via social networks and sms txt messaging services. Successfully directed a comprehensive communications strategy to ensure national/international coverage of the student-led efforts as part of the National Equality March. Coverage received in local, state, national; LGBTQ, educational, mainstream; online blogs, radio, television, newspaper, and print magazine.     Activities: Founder and Director, Won Together. Established in 2008 after the passage of Proposition 8, which legally denies lesbian and gay couples in California access to federal marriage rights. Won Together was formed as a student-advocacy group and successfully formed a coalition of campus organizations to stand up for LGBTQ equality and the equal protection of all students.
