I served as the primary interface for current and prospective customers of the Laserfiche product suite in the Northeast of the United States. We developed a suite of enterprise document management and imaging products for use in three key markets; government, health care and financial services. On a daily basis, I supported an active network of over thirty resellers in the Northeast region of the United States, handling both the technical and sales aspects of the business, in addition to leading a team of 10 account managers internally.
