When I'm not working hard on the business I'm dabbling with photography, playing on the Xbox or developing my writing skills.
I’m trained as an Applied Psychologist and have 13 years experience as a User Experience (UX) expert. I work with digital businesses to improve conversions and increase sales using a tried and tested user centred process. By focusing on the user experience of e-commerce websites, apps or in-store kiosks, I have helped businesses such as Hobbycraft, Game/Gamestation, DeBeers, Argos, M&S, Wiggle, and Farrow & Ball improve website conversions.
I co-founded Experience Solutions in 2007 a specialist consultancy focusing on user centred design. We help businesses to ensure their websites, apps, and software deliver what customers need and expect to remove any barriers preventing them from completing their purchase. We have been helping our clients to improve the usability of their existing digital services whilst helping them realign their business processes and strategy to be more customer focused.
Prior to Experience Solutions I have worked in a variety of User Centred roles, client side at the BBC and National Air Traffic Services, as well as agency side in large and small digital agencies.
