For some reason the in-laws had a large frame in their summer house and I thought it would make a good photo with Abi and Dad. I did ask them to make silly faces but to no avail. Anyway, added a bit of a vignette and de-saturated in PhotoGene on the iPad.

Although not a perfect solution, the camera connection kit for iPad makes editing photos in the field possible. I used PhotoGene (cropped then desaturated) to edit then the WordPress app to write this post.
I took this shot at an event that we hosted on the Electricity Market Reforms; David Lloyd from XMI Capital on the right and Julian Tanner, CEO, AxiCom on the left.
Works out nicely! Expect more soon.

Yay! I got a new camera and an awesome lens so taking lots of snaps again. Took this one in Manchester Square (an oasis just off Oxford Street) yesterday whilst we were on a family trip to see the wife’s sister, BIL and our god son. Not sure who this chap is but he fell asleep in the sun so I imagine he has a nice tan now. Expect more photos (possibly baby related!) soon.

OK so it’s not actual 3D but it would make a good 3D shot I think. This is Molly, a Working Springer Spaniel (I think) and her owner, my friend Andy. Molly is atop a little rampart within the town walls of Saint-Paul de Vence, south of France. She seemed desperate to lick the camera!

I took this during a press launch for our fabulous client Intelligent Energy, just outside London’s City Hall. It shows what the press get up to in between activities at these types of launches, learning their lines for video, checking how shots have come out and setting up equipment. It was a great day if somewhat busy
