People say listening to skipping tape-heads and Logic Pro loop regions over and over again has made my hearing pretty good, but hey, I just like transcribing and arranging things I listen to.
I hope the following PDF scores I've put together come in handy to fellow jazz musicians out there, some are full transcriptions and lead sheets, others my own compositions.
Enjoy!

I have the original Sibelius files for all of these so if you would like a copy for some reason give me a bell.
All the PDFs above are not to be sold on or for commerical yada-yada without my consent/credit. Thanks for looking!
So this is it folks. After 47 episodes the gang are parting their own ways for now. Chris sets to tear down the studio, Ed doesn't act as though it's the end at all, we review Guarana Antarctica and Fanta Furu Furu Shaker, get the low down on TV, 3D Films and the .xxx domain in Tech, as well as that usual favourite of Top 100.
Thanks to everyone who's listened and loved the show for the last 4 years, it's been a blast.
Back for the last few of the summer season, Ed, Matt and Chris are in the sweltering studio talking Murdoch, Apple, Harry Potter and an absurd amount of television and film reviews! Ed also reviews a Japanese drink called Sweat (which tastes it too) and the duo go head to head in a 5-minute violin showdown in this week's Versus of the Week.
As the team are on break this June (some of us have exams in Oxbridge to be doing don't you know) we're taking you back in time to a podcast we never released till now! A rare insight to one from our 'Filler' series, here's an unreleased show we recorded on 20th May 2010 with Matt, Ed and Chris, probably including the news of yesteryear! Now if you excuse me, I must go dust the studio.
After the world's longest pub crawl, the team are back (they lost Matt along the way) from the Uxbridge Arms to do the next show, with Annie guesting! Packed with the latest news, talibanter, a drinks review of Meantime Champagne and Fanta Grape, it's potentially our last podcast before the world ends on May 21st! We also bring back Gambi's Big Boffin Quiz, for one night only.
3G Sounds will be streaming it's St. George's Day Special live on ustream.tv on Saturday! Join us from 5pm BST on Saturday 23rd April for the biggest podcast we've ever pulled off.
The team are in the studio very late tonight on April Fools Day, where Chris takes Seb's job of the script and gives up his microphone for the week. Matt and Ed go head to head in the Wikipedia Game for Versus of the Week, and we bring you the very latest in news-in-banter, Ed's imaginary friend Rowenta (his greatest fan), otter impressions, a sponsored review of Belvoir Ginger Beer, film, music and tv reviews, you name it! It's a jam-packed podcast before our St. George's Day Special Live at the Uxbridge Arms.
Seb's back into 3G Sounds for the first time in months, and the podcast turns controversial pretty quick. We cover Japan, review Lucky Cider (from Japan), rip apart 'Friday' by Rebecca Black as well as everything that's been trending in the last fortnight!
Ed, Matt and Chris take over the show today with a host of new jingles, review Aspalls and Black Sheep alcoholic beverages and probably the most heated game of Versus of the Week ever witnessed! All that packed along with your favourites, Chris' Minutes, news, TV and lots of iPad 2!
Ed and Matt are at The Ladbroke Pub in London tonight reviewing Hollow's Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
All the team are in for the new year with the big four-oh, avec lots of controversial topics and plosives. Ed and Matt kick off a new feature where they go head to head in Beat The Intro for this year's music on the radio, we review the best Ginger Beer in history as well as all your favourite news, film reviews and TV from the last fortnight. In YOUR endo! Let's carry on!
Braving the inches of snow and useless London transport, all the gang are in the studio this week for the last time to round off the year! With everything from the super special christmas jingles, to the month's roundoffs of the Apprentice, Strictly, X-Factor as well as your intake of news, banter and the podcast premiere of the new single 'Dabee Dooba Christmas' by The Two Degrees. We'll be back in the New Year's with new band interviews and more of your favourite here at 3G Sounds. Till then, Merry Christmas to all!
This week's podcast is sponsored by Audible.com. For a free audiobook of your choice, hit up www.audiblepodcast.com/3gsoundsEveryone's in the studio this week, except for Seb who was enjoying a Sunday Roast, and the team discuss everything from live F1 results, to the week's TV in the UK and the most extended (and horrible) set of drinks reviews we've ever done, including the first ever -1! Will it be the Stewarts series, Lavender Soda, Carpe Diem or the energy drinks we picked up in Prague? We also talk all the fortnight's news, films and Chris does his... thaang.
The long awaited new series kicks off in style this October with Seb, Chris and Matt in a brand-spanking new studio! With all new features and banter, this week's podcast covers the latest Apple tech news, Chilean miners, British TV, films, music from Short Circuit Device and a drinks review of Pepsi Throwback. All the best bits of the fortnight in a nutshell!
Wow guys, it well and truly has been ages hasn't it? Well you'll be pleased to know that a new series is kicking off TODAY and will be the best one yet! Stay tunes and keep your iTunes a refreshings! In the meantime, here are some poncy photos of our newly redesigned studio!
This week and it's a classic. Eddie Lockjaw Davis playing over whirly bird with the Count Basie Orchestra.
In the first ever jazz video pick two of my favourite saxophonists. This is on a hard to buy record and the song is "Strut 'n' Get Up" from Still Can't Say Enough by John Lee & Gerry Brow. Enjoy.

Gabbi Machado joins a full studio today for this very loud, manic podcast packed full of games, the week's TV, epic Dewmocracy drinks reviews, a lot of World Cup (which we were watching while recording this) and a tad bit too many innuendos! Ah well, it's the London heatwave over here and we couldn't turn on the fans, so that's a feasable explanation! The banter scale kinda goes off the chart, and we throw all professionalism out the window, just for this week.
Seb is back in the studio this week with Matt and Chris for this week's podcast covering absolutely everything from the iPad launch to Eurovision banter! We also check out the latest YouTube crazes, films and TV and since Ed's not around today we review a new root beer from his 'meh' list and we're pleasantly surprised!
