Worked as a consultant implementing Sales Performance Management solutions for clients worldwide. Primary project experience in consultation with large Belgian telecommunications client. A highly client facing role to lead aspects of solution facilitating the integration of a leading SPM software product within existing client systems and business processes. Led implemented of significant part of system to allow for inbound and outbound data automation in conjunction with data warehouse team. Analysed data requirements and co-ordinated with the business and technical teams to deliver an end-to-end solution. Worked across the majority of the project lifecycle; aiding the scoping and requirements definition phases, leading aspects of design and implementation through to assisting an external testing team with UIT, SIT and UAT testing phases. Aided coordination with stakeholders across multiple business areas to define, analyse and understand requirements for the calculation and payment of employee and external dealer commissions.

Completed a one-year overseas placement leading and supporting aspects of projects for the finance and legal departments of the mutual fund subsidiary, Dreyfus. Performed technical and business analyst roles in needs assessment, system design and testing in projects to meet newly mandated SEC requirements for mutual fund prospectus filing. Designed and developed key pieces of large scale financial analytics application to facilitate business decisions based on the profitability of mutual fund securities. Sourced vendors and composed request for proposal for a multi-million dollar outsourced service. Became a primary decision maker in interview and consultation periods, responsible for making recommendations to business for final decision on most suitable vendor. Aided development of new decision analysis process for assessing suitability of service providers. Made recommendations to head of project management for instituting as new process as part of CMMI.

Gave telephone and in-person support to students having internet connectivity issues in halls of residence.

Completed a 12-week, technology-focused research project for a specialist R&D division of BT Group conducting research into the practical business applications of GIS (geographical information systems).

Worked as a freelancer with student-run web development company on a number of individual and team projects. This included work on a fantasy football website, a website for a print magazine and a retail shopping website.
