Sketching my Three-Dimensional Expression III project for which I used as reference this drawing by Katerina Eremeeva, this drawing by an unknown artist, and also inspired on a poem by Charles Bukowski called “Bluebird” that I found a short snippet of in the second drawing.
I cannot to break the old bad habit to draw sketches in my notebook during class.

The luminance of three in the afternoon post rain — the shy sun, the freshly-washed air, the crystallized sheets, the asphalt with its endless gleaming little pieces of glass, the mirror-puddles, the clear sky ready to receive the cloud buds so white and with softness like mother’s bed — makes me feel early morning in the mid-afternoon.
Initially I just wanted to try out my new acrylic paints but as you can see I ended up sketching a little more…
