Benjamin Briggs

Project management and delivery of regeneration & development schemes for one of the largest housing and regeneration companies in the North East.

Briefly, my role includes:
- Working closely with architects and consultants on the design of a development;
- Liaising with partners and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of schemes; and
- Monitoring the progress of a scheme to ensure we’re within budget and meeting pivotal project targets.

I also work closely with our procurement team to appoint relevant consultants and contractors, work hard to manage potential risk and deal with a range of ancillary matters. These can range from providing advice at public consultations, negotiating with homeowners over the sale of their property or co-ordinating land assembly and purchase.
