    What kinds of jobs do we fill - we fill positions across every function in the software product lifecycle (end to end development, test, program management, UX, release, infrastructure, product marketing/management, business development, sales etc…).
    What do you mean by onsite - we literally bring a team of recruiters onsite to your organization and run your entire hiring process from source to hire throughout the duration of our engagement. So yes, if you want to work with us, you’ll need to find a nice little corner for us to camp out in for the few months while we fill your jobs :)
    What do you mean by volume hiring - we can deliver 5 hires in 2 months, 10 in 3 months, or 50 in 6 months – if it fits within the boundaries of ambitious yet realistic, we can deliver against it.

    Pinnacle Society (www.pinnaclesociety.org) is a recruiting organization made up of the top 75 performing contingency and retained recruiters in the US. In order to qualify for membership, a recruiter must have at least 5 years recruiting experience with 3 out of those 5 years hitting annual billings of 400k with one year exceeding 500k. I qualified for membership after my 6th year in recruiting.

    We gather biannually at various cities in the US (and sometimes Mexico and Canada) and discuss the latest happenings in the recruiting marketplace. Our membership includes recruiters working in different cities, different markets (Tech, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, etc) and at different levels of an organization (executive, professional, administrative) and with different tenures in the recruiting business (average recruiting tenure is 15-20 years in the business).

    Throughout my tenure with BINC, I never went a single day without some active involvement in the recruitment process. I found clients, sourced candidates and did everything in between to ensure that placements were made whenever a strong fit was identified. I also had the pleasure to recruit, manage and mentor a team of recruiters and researchers that grew to as many as 15 spread across two offices (LA and Bay Area).

    Microsoft Bing (and other adjacent Microsoft online businesses)
    Oversaw and participated in the hiring of 50+ people spread across SDE, PM and SDET. In order to hit these numbers, we infiltrated every web company in Seattle including Amazon, Expedia, Real and dozens of startups in order to identify their top talent, contact them to share the Microsoft value proposition and manage their process into Microsoft. I am proud to say that during our entire tenure recruiting for Microsoft, we never had one candidate turn down Microsoft for Google.

    Began working with them when they employed 40 people and helped them grow to over 400 by overseeing and participating in their adding of 50+ people spread across software engineering, professional services, product management and product marketing.
