    •Developed and implemented first ever portfolio strategic plan administrating $50,000 worth of programming and human resources over a yearlong project timeline
    •Chair of society’s budget committee responsible for achieving a balanced $1.4 million dollar budget from a $250,000 deficit
    •Instrumental in the restructure and rebranding of campus Learning Commons initiative and corresponding $100,000 grant
    •Lead a staff team of 4 working collectively 70 hours a week on portfolio projects

    •Participated in the review of UBC Library Strategic Plan
    •Contributed to the implementation overview of Credit/D/Fail, an academic program designed to encourage students to explore diverse academic programs

    •Constructed and passed a strategic merge of the Safewalk and AMS Safety Office services reducing the combined $148,000 budget by 53% while increasing service quality and availability
    •Responsible for the hiring, training and management of 60 part time student staff
    •Redeveloped and streamlined key services processes in HR, Training and Operations to ensure consistency and continuity in the service in subsequent years
    •Directed the implementation a broad range promotion strategy that included web advertising, physical media, and experiential executions which resulted in increases in campus awareness and perception of safety

    Administration and Bookkeeping / Chernoff Fine Art

    • Administered the payroll, A/R, A/P, PST, GST and prepared year end statements and reports for auditors
    • Streamlined and redeveloped the internal accounting system while migrating from QuickBooks for mac to QuickBooks for PC significantly reducing the amount of time required to complete regular bookkeeping
    • Created a comprehensive instruction set which allowed for my job to be performed by the manager and owner
