I am a web developer and have been specializing in the Drupal CMF for 3 years or so having come from a background of building custom CMS's and html/CSS development work. Like many developers I have a range of experience with different languages/platforms, but I would identify PHP, HTML/CSS and javaScript (jQuery) as my strong suites.
