So I recently upgraded my Xperia mini pro from Gingerbread to ICS yesterday, wanted to brag about it with a screenshot but to my surprise… no more screenshot option?!?  (last time you’d get the option when you press and hold the power button)

Okay.. So how do you take a screenshot on ICS for Sony Xperias?

Did a few searches and learned that it was no longer via the power button and that you’d have to press the power button and the volume down button simultaneously… A wee bit complicated (and needs coordination which I lack) pero sulit naman.

Guinness names Filipino as world’s shortest man

A poor Filipino blacksmith’s son who stands less than two feet (60 centimeters) tall was declared the world’s shortest man by Guinness World Records on his 18th birthday last June 12, sparking a celebration in his far-flung hometown.

The title was bestowed on Junrey Balawing in Sindangan in the southern Philippines, with Balawing’s parents, villagers and officials showering the coastal town’s newly famous resident with a feast, a cake, balloons and cash gifts.

Balawing measured 23.5 inches (60 centimeters) during the ceremony attended by about 100 villagers and journalists. Guinness World Records representative Craig Glenday presented Balawing with official recognition of his status as the shortest adult man in the world.

Just found out (accidentally) a very useful shortcut to restore / re-open a previously closed tab on Firefox, hmm… but then again you could just check your history (Ctrl + h), well at least this saves you from a few clicks / keystrokes :p

On my opinion, I think part of the blame here is also due to Glorietta and SM closing down the walkways through both malls and into MRT last January 17, which effectively overloaded the escalator as there was no alternative route to MRT anymore.

I really love puzzles, but after coding break-time turned to almost 2 hours of trying to solve the sudoku puzzle, I got the next best thing…

No I’m not jejemon :p An interesting thread about why the C:\ drive is the C:\ drive, para sa mga batang (katulad ko *ehem* *ehem*) na di naabutan ang floppy disk.
