"Arikka" is a name which few can pronounce correctly (and many have tried). A lover of music, she sings, plays piano, guitar and sometimes the saxophone. Arikka grew up in a tiny central Florida farm-town with hopes to one day abandon her country roots to become an international superstar. With a marketing degree and a dream, she snagged a job in affiliate marketing out of college and never looked back. With more than 7 years working online, 5 years of international experience, and a massive network of global clientele and partners to boot, Arikka has established herself as a serious player in the international markets. She was a pioneer in performance-based affiliate marketing strategies for the UK and Australia; instrumental in establishing Intela's branch office in London, where she briefly lived. After that, Arikka lived on the Mediterranean for 2 years and also worked for another company based in Hong Kong so popular it was raided by the FBI! Arikka finally decided to use all her contacts for a good cause and started her own company (3 Little Birds) which specializes in finding talent for he online marketing industry.
3 Little Birds Interactive, LLC is the boutique recruiting agency for the online marketing industry. We focus exclusively on helping online marketing and advertising companies staff their companies.
Founded in early 2012 by Arikka Greene, 3 Little Birds has fast become the go-to agency for industry staffing. A few months prior, Arikka noticed a great need within the online industry for a specialized recruitment agency. There weren’t any staffing companies relevant to the needs of the Online Marketing and Affiliate Marketing industry. Recruiting and sourcing on the side for her industry friends in the past and in search of an easy solution, Arikka founded one the largest group on Facebook for jobs in the online industry, The Online Media Job Board. The demand for an industry-focused staffing agency was proven by everyone’s response to the job group. Candidates and companies were suddenly free to connect with each other in one place. The group quickly gained momentum and she started receiving messages asking for more personalized help. Out of this came 3 Little Birds Interactive. Arikka began taking on clients who needed to find employees, and helping industry professionals who were looking for work land at a company that would best utilize their skill sets.
The company also acts as an agency for highly qualified internet marketers who wish to seek out new opportunities confidentially. 3 Little Birds Interactive has access to some of the highest-qualified professionals in the industry; many who you’d never know were “looking.”
3 Little Birds Interactive doesn’t quite fit into the traditional mold of a recruiting agency. We are not HR Specialists, but online media experts, who understand the industry and the people in it.

As affiliate manager, I am tasked with adding immediate value to the Crisp Ads Network. Recruiting new affiliates, managing existing publisher relationships,maximizing revenue, pin-pointing partnership opportunities, relaying information back and forth throughout internal and external channels, promoting Intela's exclusive and hot campaigns, attending trade shows on behalf of the company and cold calling potential clients is a large part of what I do in this role.
As Director of UK Business Development, I was tasked with moving to London for 6 months to aid in cementing Intela’s presence in the United Kingdom. This included but was not limited to: Meeting and recruiting UK affiliates to the Crisp Ads network, managing and maximizing affiliate revenue, landing direct advertiser accounts, building and cultivating strategic partnerships with agencies, and attending local trade shows and networking events. As a results-oriented and driven person, I successfully aided in establishing our branch office in the UK.
Senior Sales Executive, Intela LLC. /Crisp Ads December 07-Present
At this company, I have touched almost every area of the sales and development processes, helping shape the Crisp Ads network. I have been responsible for recruiting and handling some of the largest advertising clients at Intela. I have also been tasked with recruiting publishers to the network, managing day-to-day expectations, cold calling prospective partners, and meeting and exceeding revenue goals. I’ve quickly learned to harness my business development skills in this role to think out of the box, and recognize opportunity as it presents itself in many forms. Some examples include: Revenue share models, list management deals, path syndication and product up-sells/cross-sells.
At TheUseful/World Avenue, I learned valuable skills that have jump-started my career within the industry and given me a strategic edge. As a key account manager, I was responsible for maintaining and growing the company’s top 6 partnerships. This accounted for nearly 10 million dollars a month in gross revenue. I was responsible for monitoring daily stats and finding growth opportunities. I exceeded my growth goals month over month and was able to form lasting relationships with some of the largest players in the industry (Including Value Click, Gratis Internet, Qinteractive (formerly Coolsavings), and Advertising.com) I learned negotiation techniques for CPA and CPL offers and was quickly promoted to a Client Account Executive. I gained invaluable experience in campaign performance and optimization strategies, as well as an eye for added revenue streams.
