Posting G+ Invites is blocked on Facebook
Facebook seems to be pretty afraid of its competitor and blocks G+ invite links posted on your wall to be seen by your friends.
I guess you can always get around that by posting it elsewhere (like here).
Go ahead: Give G+ a whirl (If you haven't yet)

Have you heard of Empire Avenue? Probably only if you are a complete nerd and early adopter and spend considerable amounts of your waking hours online. What is it? I suppose I would characterize it as a sort of stock market game. The difference is that you speculate on the social media success of other people on the net. The more they tweet, use Facebook etc. and the more followers and/or engagement they garner, the higher their stock value will rise and with it your dividend - if you bought shares. I'm not sure I'll be sticking to this, but it's worth a look, at least.
It's been pretty busy here at the castle which - of course - is good. I still got around to podcasting weekly, though. It's a German podcast I host with a friend. We invite guests from our area (the city of Schweinfurt and a radius of about 20 miles) who have interesting stories to tell. I've been pretty quiet on the English front and need to get back to blogging for bavariancastle.com, too.
