Our Process
- Hand-cured and homemade. One batch at a time.Each batch of olives is cured in a kosher salt water bath for several months; they are then hand seasoned with a combination of lemon, garlic and herbs. The olives come in a 16 oz. jar, and are topped off with extra virgin olive oil. Ingredients are vegan, gluten free, and preservative free.
Perfect as a gift or snack, these olives are sure to disappear fast! Use the olive oil as a dip for bread or cheese, or as a marinade in other recipes!
