• Manage all grant applciations for the Department of Neurology. Resonsibilities include: coordinating all application materials,
formulating budgets, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations of the sponsoring institutions, developing progress, interim, and audit reports, and liaising with funding institutions and intra-institutional cohorts.
• Serve as the website co-manager for the Department of Neurology’s intranet website to ensure that all of the content is accurate,
secure, and up-to-date.
• Assist department Fund Coordinator with tracking, maintenance and stewardship of the department’s Memorial Hospital and Sloan-Kettering Institute funds.
• Undertake special projects assigned by department administration such as creating customizable templates, charts, and graphs that incorporate industrial benchmark data, individual physican billing totals, and clinical and research activity in an effort to determine professional salaries.

Internal Relations:
• Serve as the objective mediator and arbitrator in employee relations.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions with the CEO and other senior-level managers to improve and refine the overall philosophical and financial direction of (HY.GEN.IC).
• Assures that the organization and its mission, programs, and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.
Artist and Community Relations:
• Serve as (HY.GEN.IC)’s primary spokesperson, advocate and representative to external communities, and work actively to develop and build those relationship through mutually beneficial endeavors.
• Conduct and edit interviews (and introductions) for the “Spotlight Artist”, “Featured Artist” and “Contributing Artist” sections.
• Act as the formal liaison between the artist community and (HY.GEN.IC). This includes actively searching for and cultivating relationships with potential artists to feature on the site as well as managing the current relationships with the various artists that are already featured on the website.
Project and Content Management:
• Oversee the project management and publication of the weekly “Spotlight Artist” and monthly “Featured Artist” sections.
• Manage (HY.GEN.IC) monthly/weekly e-newsletter to ensure that all of the content is relevant and up-to-date. The purpose of the e-newsletter is to increase engagement and facilitate connections with our growing artist network and readers.
• Provide content management and filtering for (HY.GEN.IC)’s social networking and media initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring and accepting friends and comments on Facebook and Twitter, and contributing to forums in an attempt to generate meaningful artistic dialogues.
• Collect and analyze data from social signals that measure the success of (HY.GEN.IC)’s social media initiatives and then optimize those efforts accordingly.
