  • On behalf of our AWESOME Veridian Cove Resident(s) "Thank You" to everyone who donated to the YouthCare of Seattle Coat and Warm Clothes Drive. We are thrilled to announce the coat drive was a huge success. There were over 100 items (with accessories) distributed to the teens of YouthCare Seattle. Through the generosity of many, teens in need received a coat, hat, gloves, scarf, and socks to stay warm, healthy, and happy this winter. Go Veridian Cove!!!

  • I am so sorry about the delay in announcing the winners of the decorating contest. I had off a couple of weeks and then we had a delay in our petty cash checks. Nevertheless, let’s get down to business. The winners are as follows: 1st place $100- Brook McMahon ( We all loved all the effort and the blue flower lights were amazing) 2nd Place $50-Jaime Link ( WOW!!! Lovely arrangement! ) 3rd Place $25- Elisa Heine ( Very cute, good job!) Please come to the office and pick up your gift cards after 1pm today. If you would like to make other arrangements to pick up the cards please contact the leasing office. GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE!!!

  • Have an extra coat in your closet? With the freezing weather approaching, Veridian Cove is collecting warm clothing for homeless youth on behalf of Seattle's own YouthCare. Your gift today of new or gently used clothing and supplies provides these most vulnerable young people a measure of comfort and protection against the grinding effects of homelessness. Their most urgent current needs include: -Sleeping bags -Blankets -Warm coats and rain jackets -New thermal and wool socks -New hats, gloves, and scarves Please bring your donations to the rental office by December 31st and enter to win fun giveaways at our weekly drawing!
