Goodbye Reno

Well, it’s official; I am moving to Las Vegas.  Yesterday afternoon I accepted a position as a Customer Service Representative with IGT.  The position will mean more money, a steadier schedule, and a better chance at finishing my education.  The move to Vegas will mean a lower cost of living, a supportive social circle, and warmer weather!  I am very excited about this relocation, but also very nervous.  A condition of my employment was that I relocate and be able to start two weeks from the date of the job offer.  This means that I will have to pack, move, and settle-in all before the 10th of April!  Here’s to red bull!

That being said, I just submitted my resignation at my current job so I am free to tell the world.  Vegas, here I come!

… to concide defeat.  I have reflected, and (if possible) I am going to reconcile my mistakes of the past.  If it works, I will make a better life for myself and succeed when others have failed.  If it doesn’t, I’m going to roll my self up in a big ball and die (I really hope you get the reference)…
