Last night I kept dreaming of this image of our Stranahan’s neon sign logo flickering and floating in a little copse of aspen trees in the Colorado snow. So this morning I woke up early and put together a little test rendering of the idea. I’m still new to motion graphics and After Effects, but I think I ended up capturing the image just as I saw it in the night. (HD on Vimeo)
We made this little KNOW YOUR RIGHTS ‘Schoolhouse Rock-style’ video with our friends the Gregory Brothers in collaboration with the ACLU.
The ACLU wrote this nice little post about the video here. CHECK IT OUT!
The video played nicely at Sundance, now let’s take it to the masses! Please share with your friends! :oD

In honor of The Fray’s new album release today, we thought we’d make a little GIF of some of the many early concept designs we discarded for the cover.
A little teaser The Made Shop made for the very-soon-to-be-released Faux Fix album.
I’ve spent the last few weekends designing the album artwork while listening to an advance copy of the album. It is stunning music.
Think St. Vincent, by way of Portishead, by way of Jon Brion and you’ll be thinking of what it would sound like if someone tried to sound like Faux Fix.
First prototype of our new Stranahan’s bottle design. A few more adjustments to be made, but we’re nearly there!
