this is my kitty wheatley! mom kept saying that maybe i could have him (he’s the kitten of her cats), and i got really obstinate and wanted to make sure she didn’t sell him or anything, so i named him wheatley and said “HAH you can’t get rid of him now, i named him. that means he’s mine.” this week she said he was plenty old enough to leave the catroom and he’s been staying with me. he’s really cute!!!!

I’m not feelin great about this one, but I’m just not feelin great in general this evening :( Well, the prompt this week was Superman flying+carrying Lois Lane. The hardest part was figuring out which Lois Lane to use ??? Every single picture I found of her looked different! So I went with a really old fashioned looking one because I thought she was the cutest.

All the pictures I’ve seen of Superman carrying Lois look so serious, like she’s just a part of business. I wanted to break from the monotony of manly superheroes and draw something a little more romantic and tender. Just in time for Valentines? :)

like ones that are officially canonly asexual, not just seemingly asexual

every time i hear rumors that a character i like is asexual, someone debunks it and i’m like “whyyy” i mean it’s not that big of a deal but canon queers are becoming more common and yet i’ve never seen an officially ace character… asexuals are still technically queer, c’mon guys :^(

then again there’s still a ridiculously high amount of people who have never even heard the word asexual before in their life (SEE: guy who thought it was the same as bisexual when i tried to explain it)

I wasn’t sure who to use, so I ended up just drawing Arika and Afonia, haha. Arika is blind (she usually wears wraps around her eyes but I figured she’s probably at home here, so no reason to bother) and Afonia is mute. For those who haven’t seen him before, he was a joke Utau I released. The only sound in his voice bank was white noise lol. I figure they both learn tactile sign language and help each other out despite their disabilities and sometimes have ridiculous shenanigans. I don’t really think of them as a couple, they just live together (maybe with Arika’s big sister Fuu).

Right here, Afonia’s helping Arika play video games. She really should just hand him the controller, but she wants to feel like she’s the one playing, lol. I ‘unno.

Also the numbers Afonia has tattooed on his arm can be read as “otonashi” (“soundless”). Hoooh.

every time i feel like i’m starting to get bored of tf2, something happens that makes me really enjoy it all over again! i mean, i think it’d help if i were better at it, but practice makes perfect i suppose uvu yesterday when me and friends were playing cp on dustbowl, we were on offensive at the last cap point, stuck at that turn right before the cp area, and we were just absolutely stuck there! we must have been chipping away at enemies for at least five minutes and time was running short.

i knew we’d never break through with all the sentries pointed at us, so i hatched a plan where me an’ christina teamed up with me as her medic and her as a pyro, and we saved up an uber and pushed our way in. the first time cleared a little out but we got knocked out, but the second time we turned everything around at the final minute and everyone rushed the point together! it’s pretty rare that i contribute that much to turning a game around, so it was pretty exciting. victories like that get me re-addicted.

tf2 is a really good game. man.
